TOPIC: NO ONE CAN CHANGE GOD’S PLANS FOR YOUR LIFE
Memory verse:-"Some time later, the cupbearer and the baker of the king of Egypt offended their master,
the king of Egypt. Pharaoh was angry with his two officials, the chief cupbearer and the
chief baker, and put them in custody in the house of the captain of the guard, in the
same prison where Joseph was confined. The captain of the guard assigned them to
Joseph, and he attended them. After they had been in custody for some time, each of the
two men—the cupbearer and the baker of the king of Egypt , who were being held in
prison—had a dream the same night, and each dream had a meaning of its own. When
Joseph came to them the next morning, he saw that they were dejected. So he asked
Pharaoh’s officials who were in custody with him in his master’s house, "Why are your
faces so sad today?”
Joseph is suffering for being righteous and that is what every true Christian goes through. You need not to do bad always in order to be punished, the good that you do is abomination to some evil people and that triggers their anger against you. The good news was that the Lord’s planned destiny (i.e. being a leader) for Joseph was still at work. Even in prison no one could take away his sense of leadership and the manifestation of it. The same way Jesus was Lord even in the grave so as your life is; no body can take away or change God’s planned destiny for your life even when you are chained and buried alive you will still be who the Lord says you are.
The only thing that can disturb your destiny is that you accept not to be in line with God’s move for your life. Thus you denounce the Lord and become agent of the devil, if not so then there is nothing that can change God’s plan for your life.
Prayer:-pray for right spirit that will always direct you towards where God want you to be.
What to meditate on:
What is destiny (reason from biblical perspective)?
