The officers shall say to the army: "Has anyone built a new house and not yet begun to live in it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else may begin to live in it. Has anyone planted a vineyard and not begun to enjoy it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else enjoys it. Has anyone become pledged to a woman and not married her? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else marries her.” Then the officers shall add, "Is anyone afraid or fainthearted? Let him go home so that his fellow soldiers will not become disheartened too.” When the officers have finished speaking to the army, they shall appoint commanders over it.”
Because we are mere mortals we are tempted to be crippled by the scary things that we see. But we as Christian must learn to see beyond the normal (physical) through the eye of faith. God, herein, was telling His children that He was/is the great-invisible commander of His army and for that matter what they see and can make them panic ought to be despised. If God be our side who can be against us? Face life not with your physical strength alone but with your faith in Christ.
Prayer:-pray for boldness in Christ and in your all endeavors
pray that the Lord would strengthen your faith daily
